The Adult Entertainment industry reaches everywhere through print, the internet, DVD players, global hotel chains, cable television, satellite dishes, iPods and mobile phones.
Porn4Peace.org plans to act as a coordinated platform within the Adult Enertainment industry to leverage these resources to:
- Raise funds goods and services for donation to other non-profit organizations dedicated to promoting world peace, fighting the ravages of hunger and disease, and providing humanitarian relief and assistance in times of crisis;
- Raise public awareness regarding these and similar issues; and
- Promote good will for the Adult Entertainment industry as a whole and the entertainers who participate.
Porn4Peace.org plans to do this by:
- Sponsoring events and public appearances attended by members of the Adult Entertainment industry,
- Maintaining an active web presence and ongoing publicity campaigns,
- Coordinating efforts to attract local and national television, radio and print news media attention to the work of Porn4Peace.org and the causes that it supports,
- Selling branded t-shirts, baseball caps, coffee mugs and other goods (perhaps a rabbit with the P4P logo?), and
- Providing a newsletter and other benefits to annual dues-paying members.
